All products in this shop are digital and are delivered either instantly or through a third-party editing platform. Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not accept returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges.

For editable products hosted on Corjl, you’ll receive an access link via email shortly after purchase. Each listing includes a free demo link, so you can preview and test the template before buying. We highly recommend using the demo to ensure the design works for your needs and is compatible with your device.

Because access is granted immediately after purchase, we do not offer refunds for the following:

Changing your mind after purchase
Incompatibility with your browser or device
Entering an incorrect email at checkout
Misunderstanding what is included or how the product works (please review the listing and test the demo first)

Canva & Shopify Digital Downloads

For Canva and instant digital downloads, files are available immediately after checkout. We do not provide refunds for:

Purchasing the wrong item
Not reviewing the full product description or file format before purchase
Issues related to editing, printing, or file handling on your end
